Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of the products offered on this site, all digital product sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ebooks
  • Digital journals
  • Guides
  • Courses
  • Downloadable resources

Once a purchase is completed and access is delivered, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product prior to purchase, you’re encouraged to reach out for clarification.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your digital purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Journals

All sales of physical journals are final.

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical journal purchases. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

If your journal arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Group Trips

Refund eligibility for group trips depends on the status of the trip and the timing of cancellation.

Pending Trips

Trips listed as pending are 100% refundable.

A pending trip is defined as a trip that has not yet been confirmed and finalized. If a trip does not move forward and remains pending, all payments made toward that trip will be refunded in full.


Confirmed Trips (91+ Days Before Departure)

For confirmed trips where cancellation occurs 91 days or more before the scheduled departure date:

  • The down payment is non-refundable, but you will receive a trip credit that can be applied to a future trip.

  • Any additional payments made beyond the down payment will be refunded to the original form of payment


Confirmed Trips (90 Days or Less Before Departure)

For confirmed trips cancelled 90 days or less before the scheduled departure date:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • No credits or refunds will be issued

This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability.


Additional Notes

  • Trip status (pending or confirmed) will be clearly stated on the individual trip page
  • Specific payment schedules and trip details may be outlined on individual trip pages and will apply in addition to this policy
  • By purchasing a group trip, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms
